Known Internal Release Note

The quick-xml RustSec advisories tracked in #329 are accepted for this internal v0.7.1 release only. Quick Presenter does not depend on quick-xml directly; the current exposure is through Linux GUI stack transitive dependencies. The project will continue tracking upstream dependency updates in #329.
