unix: guard DateTimePicker grabs against NULL mouse

Avoid passing NULL mouse devices to GDK/GTK grab functions.

DateTimePicker popup cleanup may run when no popup grab is active, such as during destruction without opening the popup. Guard both cleanup and
grab registration so teardown remains safe and idempotent.
