--file flag for bitbucket diff does not work

Root cause: getDiff was passing the file as ?path=<file> (query param), which the Bitbucket Server REST API silently ignores. The correct approach is to append the path as a URL segment: /diff/{filepath}.

Fix: Changed src/services/bitbucket/client.ts to build the URL with the file path embedded (/diff/src/path/to/file.ts) when --file is provided, instead of adding a path= query parameter.
