Release 1.02 of setspaceenhanced

Prior to this release, several internal global expl3 values was defined without prefix g_. Some mistakes in the implementation documentation also have been fixed. The functionality has not been changed, so users do not need to update urgently. See setspaceenhanced-v1.02.zip for the code and manual of the single package.
