Speech provider and update reliability release. No existing public API was removed.

Added

  • Deepgram Flux v2 is now available across realtime Voice Agent,
    speech-to-text, and text-to-speech paths.

Fixed

  • Model setup now retries transient Whisper runtime downloads instead of
    failing the installation immediately.
  • The desktop updater now shows a distinct verification phase instead of
    appearing to stall at 100%.
