SpeechKit v0.74.0

Highlights

• Speak to any app that talks OpenAI audio: SpeechKit now serves OpenAI-compatible transcription and speech endpoints and can run as a fully local stack, so existing tools work without cloud keys.
• Newer, faster voices and live dictation: the model catalog was refreshed, adding GPT-Live on Microsoft Foundry and Gemini Transcribe Live, while retired models were removed cleanly.
• Compact voice on the web: the voice UI kit gains a clear recording indicator, a live transcript, a frameless dialog card and one-line error notices, and it checks the microphone before a session starts, with consent asked only once.
• Six languages and a calmer settings page: the desktop app, tray, Android app and website speak six languages, and settings are organized into tabs. Go SDK users should read the migration notes for the renamed STT, catalog and telemetry APIs.

⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• stt,live,agentkit: STT provider constructors take Options; see docs/migration-stt-provider-options.md.
• client: client.Transcript.AudioPath is removed; read Transcript.Audio.Path instead (nil when no audio was retained).
• catalog: the exported Model... constants in pkg/speechkit/catalog are removed. See docs/migration-catalog-model-ids.md.
• speechkit.RecordOutcome, Attr, StringAttr, Int64Attr, Float64Attr, BoolAttr and the Outcome* constants moved to pkg/speechkit/telemetry; see docs/migration-otel-outcome-telemetry.md.
