  services, endpoints, health, probes, freshness, and supporting evidence.
• Structured log listing and retrieval provide redacted, bounded pages with
  digest-bound cursors and explicit truncation metadata.

Changed

• apply, status, and verify keep machine-readable JSON parseable on
  success, denial, and failure, while MCP results expose structured evidence
  alongside human-readable presentation.

Fixed

• Process runtimes no longer disappear when apply evidence is unavailable,
  observation freshness uses the authoritative apply timestamp, and run IDs
  remain collision-safe under concurrent execution.
