Changed

  • kit metadata: use one CUE and Go metadata schema across Basement, Cloud, and Modern manifests while retaining their intentionally distinct root document kinds; preserve maturity/status through import, API, OpenAPI, and roundtrip hashing.

Added

  • use cases: complete all ten first-class CUE package authorities with Vault, Media, draft AI/Dev/Remote, and post-1.0 draft Mail/Game; bind their existing Basement and Cloud Kit roles without inventing a Game default.
  • cloud: implement the provider-neutral Cloud core runtime, guarded local Product Apply, live Verify observation, and the exact access-manifest v2 projection for base/auth/id/coolify while leaving provider and credential custody in Techstack.

Fixed

  • cloud: bind public route-health execution to its Runtime Owner and probe Cloud Hub on its dedicated loopback health listener.
  • access: reject stale, foreign, or mutated Cloud service projections during Verify and Status readback.
  • release: treat a missing Release Please PR as expected for derived-version publishes instead of failing after the public GitHub Release already exists.
  • cli: reject the retired base-kit installer argument instead of rewriting it to basement-kit.
  • docs: restore the documented docs:use-cases:generate and docs:use-cases:check task routes to the existing CUE-derived projection emitter.
  • public export: include the first-class use-cases/ CUE authorities in the OSS source distribution.
  • public export: keep the exported Cloud Kit README independent of the private roadmap tree.
  • release: keep the Windows exporter and no-tag public sync aligned with the pre-1.0 structural gate after retired test harnesses were removed.
  • docs: keep the exported historical update-lifecycle notes in English.

Removed

  • add-ons: remove every importer-less non-cross-cutting legacy stub: the ten use-case duplicates plus unresolved Authelia and Calendar product definitions. Unimplemented OpenCloud, MQTT/Zigbee, identity, calendar, Mail, Game, AI, Dev, and Remote runtime details remain unclaimed.
