Highlights

  • Every command documented: stackkit <command> --help now shows examples, and stackkit.cc/cli and the docs list every command with its flags, defaults and examples, generated from the command tree. Flags that only the v0.6 compatibility line accepts are marked as such.
  • Compatibility from real lifecycle runs: the compatibility page is projected from automated install-to-restore runs bound to the release, for operating systems, applications and hypervisors. Hypervisors are rollout targets where the StackKit runs in a guest VM; Proxmox VE is the first, and its automated lane is not in place yet.
  • Safer installers: the installer checks the downloaded archive against the release checksums, keeps dual-stack home servers on the Basement Kit, sets an existing StackSpec aside instead of failing when you install again, and stops on a Proxmox VE host with directions to install inside a guest VM.
