Fixed in v1.0.29

Static bundle boot failure fixed: lib/index.js no longer references the dynamic-only harness global (removed the 5 harness.handle RPC registrations).
Client-to-host communication now uses the public HTTP API (/statuslight/api/*) via fetch instead of package-private RPC.
