Fixed

On narrow layouts the pointer rail no longer overlaps message content. When the chat column's left edge intrudes into the rail's fixed left zone, the rail hides itself while Alt+↑ / Alt+↓ keyboard jumps keep working (user rows and the active index are still tracked). Rail geometry and hover/click/scrub behaviour at normal widths are unchanged.
