[FEATURE] Fix PyPi package release versioning #35

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the PyPi package publish does not work. This is largely caused by missing automation to assume the version number defined by the Action in release.yaml.
Describe the solution you'd like
The PiPy package should assume the versioning from the tag, which is assigned to the merge commits to the main branch.
