  • Use --public-url for the advertised address and --open-browser (-b) for this invocation's browser launch. Keep --entry and --qr as compatibility aliases.
  • Persist public URLs in ~/.markon/settings.json; an empty value clears the default. Older settings remain compatible. Updates preserve the latest workspace, identity and access settings.
  • Apply changed public origins to the running service while preserving live workspaces, bind address and port. Administrator pairing URLs and desktop sharing use the configured origin; browser launches still default to local addresses.
  • Update desktop labels, command generation, documentation and screenshots. Fix a desktop startup translation-order error and clean pending transition callbacks in frontend tests.

Validated by 377 CLI/core/daemon tests, 515 frontend tests and linting, 12 real CLI scenarios including active WebSocket refresh and preserved workspace/database state, desktop DOM checks, documentation build/link checks, and full CI.
