• Live lists refresh after doc(id).update and doc(id).delete. Every open query on the
  record's collection re-runs in the background, as it already did after insert, upsert,
  batch and deleteWhere; before, an update or delete through a document reference left every
  list showing that collection stale until it was reloaded. A delete of a record never read on
  this device refreshes every open query rather than guessing its collection
  (refreshAllCollectionStreams).
• A refused conditional write refreshes too. When update or delete with
  expectedRevision is refused because the record changed (KoolbaseRevisionMismatchException),
  the collection's open queries re-run, so the list already shows the newer data.
• Release notes. Version headings in this changelog are now ##, which the release workflow
  reads; with # every GitHub release since the workflow began had empty notes.
