v0.1.14

Adds a simple log message at controller startup. Previously a message was only emitted when there were workflows loaded.

Bumps Koreo Core version to 0.1.10. This no longer requires plural within ResourceFunction and instead will lookup the plural values when needed. It is still more efficient to specify the plural from directly, but this improves the usability substantially.
