v0.9.102 — slack bind-thread + pending main

Adds slack bind-thread (bind a session to a Slack thread for approval-reply loops; #4385) plus all other pending main changes promoted through staging (v0.9.102-staging, commit 6275ff9). Enables the WRING funding-request APPROVE-in-thread flow.
