Koru nightly

A launcher entry for the app list

• The Linux download now includes a launcher entry, so Koru can have its own place in the app list and the dock.
• This build is also the first one an installed nightly updates to on its own.

Linux

The folder now holds koru-nightly.desktop. Copied into your applications,
it gives Koru an entry in the app list and its own icon in the dock. The
commands are at the top of the file:

mkdir -p ~/.local/share/applications ~/.local/share/icons
cp ~/koru-nightly/koru-nightly.desktop ~/.local/share/applications/
cp ~/koru-nightly/assets/logo.png ~/.local/share/icons/koru-nightly.png

The entry assumes Koru is in ~/koru-nightly. If you put it elsewhere,
change the folder name in its Exec line.

Updates

If you installed the previous nightly, this build should arrive as an update
without a new download. Koru checks the signature before it installs, and
goes back to the previous build if the new one fails to start.
