adds exact-identity support for the LG GP08 external drive: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GP08NU10 JE01 behind the Prolific PL-2507 USB bridge, 152e:2507.

the gp08 path validates stock state, uses volatile ram changes, restores the drive on every exit path, and does not flash firmware. credit to Eddi (@eddifpv) for the find and community test. project-side live-play validation remains in progress.

linux, steam deck, macos, and windows builds are attached. macos and windows builds are unsigned.
