adds exact HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GP65NB60 PB00 support on USB 0e8d:1887, validated on windows 11 with the stock driver. the PB00 path verifies its identity-specific volatile state, repairs only known legacy auxiliary values, limits windows reads to 32 sectors, verifies XDVDFS before exposure, and restores and reads back stock state on every exit path.

also adds restrained desktop high-dpi scaling, capped at 1.35 for 4k displays.

linux, steam deck, macos, and windows packages are attached. macos and windows builds are unsigned.
