Codex skill-catalog pressure, made actionable

instructree skills now ranks up to five largest enabled contributors to Codex's model-visible skill catalog. The read-only report models the current 1,024-character per-description cap and the 8,000-character unknown-context fallback, while keeping logical paths redacted.

Use the new source-grounded guide, Fix Codex skill overload, to understand the bounded catalog, review duplicates, and keep a focused starter stack. The estimate is a review aid, not a prompt dump: live Codex can use a model-specific token budget and path aliases.
