Symlinked Codex skill provenance

instructree skills now reports whether each discovered candidate was reached through a symlink and summarizes the count in human output. The report preserves the logical candidate path and never exposes the symlink target. It is a read-only troubleshooting signal, not a claim about Codex runtime namespace ownership.

This release is grounded in the open Codex report on standalone symlinked skills inheriting plugin namespace metadata from target ancestors: openai/codex#40070.

Verification
