First release

Download the given jar named toc-editor.jar and run it.

If you are on MacOS, you might be prevented from running the given program as it was just downloaded off the internet. In order to run it, run the following command in the terminal:

xattr -c ./toc-editor.jar

Please note that you would need to be in the same directory as the toc-editor.jar. Most of the time, it should be in the downloads folder. So, you might need to run the following command before running the above command:

cd ~/Downloads
