Parse some more billing data

This release attempts to parse billing data with a lot more attention to detail. #31 and #34 made it clear that not all billing reports look the same sigh.

If you experience failures/funny data with billing data on this release, please downgrade to v1.0.3 and look in the logs for data to submit. It could be your billing data is yet another use of the data records returned.
