New Year data request failure fix.

New Year brought 2023 to the table and with that this one day where no data exists for 24 hours.
This release should fix this and use data from the API to tell which year is the latest one available.
It also means the 'skewed year' (July vs. December) setting probably no longer has any use. That remains to be seen though.
Additionally suppliers with financial year from October to September may see a difference too. this also remains to be seen.
