Windows installer for EQL Alerts (includes Kokoro neural TTS).

  1. Run the NSIS .exe (current-user install; no admin required).
  2. Start EQL Alerts → Find log / Browse….
  3. Open Overlay and use Ctrl+Shift+L for click-through.

First launch extracts TTS models into %LOCALAPPDATA% (one-time).
After this build, use Check for updates for future releases.
