Botgate v0.2.1

Botgate now implements the original live Web Bot Auth trust-boundary tester: safe key discovery, explicit acceptance oracles, controlled request mutations, expiry and unknown-key cases, and reproducible weak-versus-strict verifier demos.\n\nInstall with pipx, uv, pip, Homebrew, or the attached platform archives. Rust and Cargo are not required.\n\nAll 61 tests, Rust 1.86 compatibility, Linux/macOS/Windows CI, dependency policy, and fuzz jobs passed.
