  • fix(network): apply the Block QUIC rule only to QUIC instead of rejecting all UDP traffic on port 443
  • fix(vpn): store large generated configurations in private application storage instead of exceeding Android's Binder transaction limit

There are no armeabi-v7a or x86 builds because the bundled sing-box-extended core is not compiled for those ABIs.
