Changes

  • portal + portal-agents 1.8.39 → 1.8.40 — content-only update to the portal builder page; no structural change, no CRD change, zero objects added or removed.

    Two copy defects fixed on the rendered page: the header and the draft list section now use the same label (previously named two different things for the same set of objects), and the draft lifecycle descriptions were rewritten in terms of what the user can do rather than internal implementation vocabulary.

    Cache note: if /portal-builder still shows the old text after this lands, the resolved-body cache has not been evicted. Annotate krateo.io/cache-poke on card.your-drafts rather than re-rolling or concluding the deploy failed — this same scenario occurred with the 1.8.36 page header and was confirmed as a cache issue.
