Reference test data

This release updates the reference data used for pytest validation.

Changes

• Update pytest to validate outputs from point-set alignment instead of rigid alignment.
• Update anisotropic test data generation for improved consistency.
• Remove OS-specific comparison logic for scipy.ndimage.affine_transform within pytest.
