Version 1.0 Initial Release

This initial release can convert the most common PMWiki tags to markdown. It can also convert the three types of tables (simple, standard and complex) PMWiki supports. Conversion can done from the PMWiki plain text database files. No need to copy paste the website if you have a backup of the database files.
