Release candidate 5 for v3.1.0.

Single review fix on top of rc4:

• Editor: setConfig()'s autodetect branch for Atmo now uses discoverAtmoSensors() instead of the legacy sensor.niveau_{slug}_{location} regex, matching the set hass() codepath. Multi-instance setups with prefixed entity IDs are detected in the visual editor's initial pass without waiting for the later discovery-based path.

Nothing else changed since rc4.
