v3.3.0-beta1
Pre-releaseThis is a beta for 3.3.0. It bundles several larger changes, and I would really appreciate help testing them before the stable release. If you run any of the integrations below, please try the new options on your dashboard and report anything that looks off.
Highlights
-
Badge support (#235): a dedicated
pollenprognos-badgeelement that shows up directly in Home Assistant's badge picker, no more copying YAML from a full card. It renders as a stock-sized HA badge with its own visual editor, a single size control, and content modes for the worst allergen, an overall-risk value, a single allergen, or a small row. -
Allergen icon inside the level ring (#227): a new
icon_in_ringoption that centres the allergen icon in the ring instead of beside it, with size and colour tuning. -
Distinct "no data" rendering (#228): sensors that are alive but currently have no value now render with a faint texture, so missing data is visually distinct from a genuine level 0.
-
Summary block for aggregate pollen risk (#222, GPL/SILAM/Atmo): render the overall-risk value as a pinned summary row, optionally with the "Top types" and "In season" rows for Google Pollen Levels.
-
Visual editor reorganized into a clearer 11-section layout (#234), and developer console logging is now English (#225).
-
Numeric value: level or raw (
numeric_value_raw): for Pollen.lu, Polleninformation, SILAM and Kleenex you can now choose whether the numeric value shows the calculated level (default) or the raw concentration / index. Pollen.lu now shows the level in the ring by default.
Plus several fixes (manual-mode quirks, keeping unknown-state sensors, badge single-allergen resolution, level-count corrections, and centred ring values). Full list in CHANGELOG.md.
How to test the beta
In HACS, open the card, choose "Redownload", enable "Show beta versions", and pick 3.3.0-beta1. Hard-refresh your browser afterwards so the new bundle loads.
Thanks for helping shake this out.
