Python version 3.10 is now required. Significant improvements to speed and usability have been made. The fortran code that was used to read RINEX files and calculate orbits/elevation angles has been removed and factorized in python. RINEX 3 files are no longer converted to RINEX 2.11 and are read directly. Up to 10 simultaneous rinex2snr and gnssir processes are allowed. Major changes to the soil moisture module have been added, allowing more frequencies, more complex vegetation corrections, and subdaily estimates.
