Bug Fixes

• Fixed Kaidi light and massage capability wiring so the entity model matches the implemented commands more closely.
• Removed unverified Kaidi massage mode button exposure so only APK-verified massage controls remain.
• Kaidi stop handling now includes the seat 3 waist actuator when no dedicated stop-all opcode exists.
• Button setup now removes stale unsupported button entities when a controller no longer advertises that capability.
