This release fixes a class of vault duplication bugs and brings the README up to date. All vault mutation operations now route through the Obsidian CLI, resolving an issue where direct filesystem calls (renameSync, unlinkSync) left stale index entries that caused Obsidian to create numbered duplicate files (e.g. "04-Saturday 1.md"). The README now documents all user-facing skills, developer commands, and the current TOML configuration format including date scheme settings.
