This release introduces a hint-based fast path for locating plan state in the Stop hook (PR #10), along with a supporting refactor, regression tests, and a silent-drop log fix. It also hardens the release process itself by enforcing that /release always runs from main (PR #11), and replaces the ad-hoc /start-dev and /end-dev commands with a dedicated dev-mode script.
