@kruemmel-python kruemmel-python released this 03 Apr 04:51

NovaShell v0.8.31

Windows Core release with full installer and standalone artifacts.

Highlights:

  • code-improvement lifecycle hardened for real provider-backed generation, stricter candidate validation, and safer fallback selection
  • Android project scaffold and build tooling added, including staged mobile runtime preparation and bridge tests
  • CLI/runtime fixes for empty py/cpp invocations, provider-backed declarative shell agents, worker packaging, release packaging, and documented command examples

Included assets:

  • Windows MSI installer
  • standalone Windows ZIP bundle
  • Python wheel and source tarball
  • project source ZIP for AI analysis workflows
  • manifest, checksums, subject checksums, and CycloneDX SBOM

v0.8.30

Choose a tag to compare

@kruemmel-python kruemmel-python released this 23 Mar 19:09

Nova-shell v0.8.30

Highlights

  • Hardened CEO partner-event scoring so strategic co-investment signals with short deadlines no longer stay artificially soft.
  • Flattened CEO event payload handling so partner metadata such as partner and deadline_days survives normalization cleanly.
  • Improved shell UX with a generic open command for local files and URLs.
  • event emit now reports declarative flows that were actually triggered, instead of only shell subscribers.
  • Declarative shell agents with simple Ausgabeformat: prompts now normalize drifted LM Studio responses back into the expected field layout when possible.

Verification

  • Full Windows core release build completed successfully via scripts/build_windows.ps1 -Profile core -OutputDir D:\NovaShell-release -Clean.
  • The release build ran the complete test suite and passed the standalone smoke tests.

v0.8.29

Choose a tag to compare

@kruemmel-python kruemmel-python released this 23 Mar 17:27
  • Compact CEO lifecycle ns.run output so management runs return a readable summary while full runtime state remains available via ns.status.
  • Stabilize frozen Windows runtime smoke tests by constraining BLAS/OpenMP thread counts for standalone executables.
  • Fix Windows release tooling by disabling periodic fault dumps during large filesystem staging and preserving full dotted version names in generated archives.

v0.8.28

Choose a tag to compare

@kruemmel-python kruemmel-python released this 23 Mar 15:01

Nova-shell 0.8.28

Highlights

  • Introduces a real CEO operating runtime under examples/CEO_ns with structured domain state, signal normalization, weighted consensus, governance, execution, feedback, and continuous operation.
  • Hardens declarative py.exec in the isolated native executor so local helper modules, base_path, Path, and runtime context behave the same way as in the local executor.
  • Ships the project monitor and local runtime content more safely in the core build while excluding generated runtime state folders from staging.
  • Expands the Wiki with decision-system, semantics, standalone skill-agent, and CEO example documentation.

Included

  • Windows x64 core MSI
  • Standalone ZIP
  • Python wheel and source tarball
  • Manifest, SBOM, and SHA256 checksums

Verification

  • python -m unittest discover -s tests -p "test_*.py"
  • Result before release build: 303 tests passed
  • Windows core build, standalone smoke path, and MSI completed successfully

Nova-shell v0.8.27

Choose a tag to compare

@kruemmel-python kruemmel-python released this 21 Mar 02:31

Nova-shell 0.8.27

Highlights

  • vendored the minimal agent-skills-main source set needed to generate standalone .ns agents directly inside the repository
  • added and documented the ns.skills build flow for generating self-contained agent examples under examples/
  • hardened the Windows release build to support explicit output directories and stable long-path copying during Emscripten/runtime staging

Build and packaging

  • full Windows core build completed under D:\NovaShell-release
  • MSI, standalone ZIP, wheel, source tarball, manifest, SBOM, and checksums are attached to this release
