Hats! A minecraft paper plugin that utilizes having a server resourceful to allow players to wear custom hats on their heads. Once obtained the player can take them of and add them as they like.
The plugin works by using 2 items, while in your inventory its is a leather helmet that you can put on your head. Once on your head it will then turn into leather horse armour allowing custom colours to be applied easily.
