Requirements: Windows 10/11 · same LAN / Hamachi / Radmin VPN · firewall ports 42069–42070 if peers are not discovered.

BEACON / МАЯК — LAN mesh file library: publish seeds, multi-peer download (up to 6 peers), pause/resume seeding, blip://seed/… links, .blip descriptors, transfer hub.
Chat — receipts (✓/✓✓), reactions, LAN images & files (up to 100 GB), reply/forward/pin, Ctrl+F search, export, typing indicator.
Calls — separate 1:1 and group windows, WebRTC voice/video, 720p+ screen share, voice channels in groups.
Signal Corps — shared Pad, Board, Canvas, LAN clipboard (Projects hub).
Mesh Pulse — live latency under each peer, presence, custom status line.
Look — pixel brutalism × liquid glass, light/dark/auto, 16 accents, animated backgrounds, full EN / RU UI.

BEACON publish — large files and ZIP archives ingest via main-process disk read (fixes renderer NotReadableError).
DM file transfer — main-process send from path, 1 MiB chunks, serialized TCP write queue.
BEACON throughput — serve chunks from main, parallel disk writes, publish overlay in Downloads tab.
Call/stream quality — higher RTP bitrates, maintain-resolution on camera and screen share.
Windows auto-update — unsigned NSIS installers download and install correctly (latest.yml on this release).

New install — run BLIP-Setup-1.1.1.exe, pick BLIP ID 1–64 on the 8×8 grid.
From 1.1.0 Setup — in-app update if latest.yml is attached to this release.
From Portable — replace the .exe; check Releases manually.

Same Wi‑Fi or VPN (Hamachi / Radmin). Two copies on one PC will not work (ports 42069/42070). Use a second device or a VM with bridged network.
