v3.0.9 closes the 19 open code-scanning alerts. Allocation sizes that would overflow now grow like a normal append. Claude SSE events are encoded as JSON. Local runtime probes accept http and https on loopback only (file:// and userinfo no longer count as local). The OpenRouter quota probe accepts https, or http on loopback, and skips a URL it rejects. Inference is unchanged.
