Free open-source Windows bandwidth limiter and traffic control

Easy install

  1. Download NetShaper-0.4.0-win-x64.zip
  2. Unzip
  3. Right-click Setup.cmd -> Run as administrator
  4. Choose [1] Install app
  5. Start NetShaper from the Desktop or Start Menu

What's included
