Speed, structure and motion.

• Tab switches are instant: the shell prefetches all four routes, so a switch
  is a router-cache hit rather than a cold server render. Measured 71-166ms.
• The calendar is borderless and 30% shorter. The cell borders were what made
  it read as a spreadsheet; the month went from 62px to 44px per row and now
  occupies 31% of a phone viewport instead of 44%.
• The action button no longer covers content. It shares one fixed band with
  the tab bar instead of being positioned over the page, which also removed the
  dead gap its reserved row left behind and brings the nav back down near the
  bottom edge.
• Today is no longer a tab; All tasks takes its place and Today became a filter
  chip on that list. The More tab is gone, Settings took the slot, and the
  Matrix, Focus timer and Search screens moved into a Tools group in Settings.
• The habits screen's stray Activity section is gone; the archived filter moved
  into a toolbar menu and the heatmap into its own card.
• Page and list entrance animations, gated so they never replay on a check-in
  or a drag.

Verified: 550 unit tests, 94 API + 14 page + 23 origin checks, zero type errors.
