TaskTick 0.3.1

• The black band behind the Dynamic Island is gone. Two theme-color metas were
  emitted and iOS ignores their media attribute, so it took the dark one in
  both appearances.
• The quick-add field is focused in the same task as the tap. The portal
  resolved its host from an effect, so a sheet's contents arrived a task after
  the tap - exactly the window iOS checks before raising the keyboard. Every
  overlay was paying that delay.
• The calendar pages on a three-wide track, so the month you are dragging to is
  visible as you drag. The title follows the drag; the selection does not move
  until you let go.
• Today/selected numbers are properly centred, the agenda's New event buttons
  and the selected-day label are gone, task margins are halved, the row
  dividers are gone, checkboxes are rounded squares, and the search reveal no
  longer fights the scroll position.

Verified: 537 unit tests, 94 API + 14 page + 23 origin checks, zero type errors.
