Initial Release

Based on the work of @MarceloPrado - the following improvements were added:

• Supports node v20 - no more warnings
• Added branch parameter (optional) - this allows us to compare changes not only with the previous commit, but with another branch. this is especially helpful in PR tests (use branch: origin/staging for an example to make sure its always compared with staging).
