Implemented a UI improvement for the snippet list:

- Added a `.snippet-tooltip` style that is invisible by default,
  non‑interactive (`pointer-events:none`) and has appropriate line‑height.
- Made each snippet container `relative` so the tooltip can be positioned
  absolutely beneath it.
- Truncated long commands to 28 characters in the main view and appended a
  “+more” indicator when the original command is longer or contains additional
  parts separated by `&&`.
