Include steps that list the built Tauri artifacts for both Windows and macOS
targets. This makes debugging CI failures easier by showing the actual
directory contents after the build step.

Enable `fail_on_unmatched_files` in the `softprops/action-gh-release` step and
add fallback glob patterns (`src-tauri/target/release/bundle/...`) so the
workflow fails
