Scheduling Conference Rooms

Please check the Meeting Room Booking System via www.nichols.ku.eduhttp://www.nichols.ku.edu if you have any questions regarding current reservations or contact me direct for clarification.

Please do not use rooms without checking to make sure you have a reservation or contacting me first to confirm.

We normally don't have quite as many reservations in the summer months. Please continue to reserve conference rooms or you might be surprised if you are asked to cut your meeting short due to another reservation that was properly scheduled taking place.

P.S. The conference room schedules on second floor may have heavier use from May 29 - June 5 due to the Richard K. Moore conference room being painted during this time.
