What type of PR is this?

/kind bug

What this PR does / why we need it:

We use azcopy during volume clone. Azcopy trusts known Microsoft's endpoint suffixes. When a new endpoint is added, AzCopy fails saying it is not trustable & so volume provisioning fails. Since Azure File CSI Driver knows the trusted new endpoint through the config & in such case if the new endpoint is not in azcopy known list, we will use the option that azcopy provides to pass new suffixes

Without this PR, we need to release new version until which the volume clone is not possible

Hi @hasethuraman. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a github.com member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.
