Hi @universe-ron, I just realized I missed your PR for content/zh-tw/docs/setup/_index.md and ended up duplicating some of the same work on my side (ref: #55006 (comment)). Sorry about that.

There’s some overlap between our PRs. My PR (#55014) may be helpful as a reference for updates, since it already incorporates some changes that address reviewer comments (for example, preserving the original English in HTML comments and using localized links where needed).

Also, for tracking, we’re now using umbrella issue #54645, and Setup pages are being tracked under #55006.

If your PR is merged first, I can rebase mine afterward and drop the overlapping changes so everything stays clean. Please feel free to refer to my PR and reuse any parts that are helpful. Thanks!
