This PR proposes improvements to the Brazilian Portuguese (pt-br) section on the website - https://kubernetes.io/pt-br/.

• EN path: /content/en/case-studies/

Case studies localized

The following case studies, currently marked with featured: true on the EN front matter, were localized to pt-br:

• /content/pt-br/case-studies/appdirect/index.html
• /content/pt-br/case-studies/babylon/index.html
• /content/pt-br/case-studies/booking-com/index.html
• /content/pt-br/case-studies/booz-allen/index.html

i18n reusable string update

Updated i18n/pt-br/pt-br.toml as an improvement proposal:

Pergunta: o que tu achas de dividir esse PR em 5 separados? Um para os arquivos de configuração e outros 4 para cada página?

Achei que ficou um pouco grande para fazer uma revisão única e preferiria que não segurássemos a mesclagem por causa de uma das páginas. Não precisamos necessariamente quebrar a issue.
